In 2018, Singularity University (SU), the acclaimed collectives of Sillicon Valley’s thinkers and innovators focusing on empowering leaders to transform industries and global challenges through exponential technologies, joining with the allies under SingularityU Thailand have announced its first summit in Southeast Asia, “SingularityU Thailand Summit 2018” in Bangkok. An organization aims to push forward Thailand’s potentials for growth beyond the existing economic models and social development.

In 2019, Singularity University (SU), SingularityU Thailand and The Federation of Thai Industries hosted the “Exponential Manufacturing Thailand 2019” summit to transform the industrial enterprises in Thailand in a significant way and for the first time in Southeast Asia that focuses on overcoming the industrial growth traps through the use of innovations and technology. The summit is the first national agenda that can initiate exponential growth and development among businesses in the industrial sector. It also aims to push forward Thai industries to be able to compete with the global market and sustainably develop its economy, society, and environment.

Elie Losleben
MPH, Leadership and Health Faculty, Singularity University
ABOUT :
Elie speaks to leaders about how to create change without sacrificing our wellbeing. Living in times of exponential change requires new approaches to leadership and how we adapt to stress.
For over a decade, Elie led her technology company, Code Innovation, in international development projects across Africa, South Asia and Latin America. Her open source technology projects received support from UNICEF, the UK Department for International Development, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
After years working in post-conflict Liberia, Elie understood the importance of personal wellbeing while doing the work that matters. She began to teach aid workers how to navigate the burnout that comes with trying to change the world. Before long, she had taught wellbeing for change makers to over two thousand people in person and even more online.
Elie has a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from the American University in Cairo. She has designed leadership and wellbeing into Singularity University programs since 2014, including at Global Solutions Programs and Executive Programs. She is an Edmund Hillary Fellow and lives between the Bay Area and New Zealand

Gary A. Bolles
Chair for the Future of Work, Singularity University.
ABOUT :
Gary is a lecturer, writer and consultant on the future of work, learning, and the organization. His focus is on helping individuals, organizations, communities and countries to thrive in the transition to a digital economy, and on helping a variety of stakeholders to develop actionable strategies to deal with what he calls “The Great Reset.” Bolles is a sought-after speaker on topics such as the future of work, learning, and the organization, the future of human resources, national workforce strategies, and personal career choice. He is the author of nine video courses on LinkedIn Learning, totaling over a third of a million students, and a half dozen lectures on Pluralsight.com on technology and impact.
He is also a partner in the San Francisco consulting firm Charrette LLC, helping leaders in corporations, HR departments, non-profits, colleges, government agencies, and communities to develop strategies for the future of work and learning. Projects have ranged from a workshop for refugee youth in Amman, Jordan, to advising national initiatives in countries from Brazil to Ethiopia.
He is the co-founder of eParachute.com, helping job-hunters & career changers, from youth to 50+, with online and in-person programs, inspired by “What Color Is Your Parachute?”, the best-selling career book of all time.

Dr Sonny Kohli

Dr. Sonny Kohli is a practicing Physician in Internal Medicine and Critical Care and Faculty at SingularityU Canada as well as McMaster University. In 2008/09, Sonny was a top 40 Astronaut Candidate in the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) recruitment campaign. He is also an alumnus of the International Space University, a trained flight surgeon with the Canadian Forces, and was awarded a CSA scholarship to Johnson Space Center & Wyle Labs. While studying at ISU, he helped deploy the Image Reversal In Space (IRIS) experiment on the International Space Station.
In 2010, while volunteering in post-earthquake Haiti, Sonny experienced first-hand the perils of inadequate health care faced by Earth’s most marginalized peoples. Intrigued by space-age and digital solutions to the world’s health problems, Sonny is the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Cloud DX which created a fully autonomous ‘digital doctor’ called Vitaliti. Sonny and Cloud DX were bestowed as XPRIZE’s first ever ‘Bold Epic Innovator’ as part of the Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE competition.

Charlene Li

Steve is a technology-industry leader with a wide range of experience in software, hardware, consulting and managed services. As a passionate advocate for constructive debate about technology and the future of humanity, Leonard is a regular speaker at United Nations Development Program and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific events. He is also a frequent on-stage and on-air contributor at a wide range of technology events, hosted by leading media groups including WSJ, Forbes, CNBC, Bloomberg, BBC, and The Economist.
In his most recent role as Founding CEO of SGInnovate - a private limited company wholly-owned by the Singapore Government – Steve created an organization whose mission is to build investable early-stage deep tech companies. Capitalizing on the top-ranked education system and world-class scientific research for which Singapore has gained a global reputation. He and his team worked with local and international partners, including universities, venture capitalists, and major corporations to help technical founders start and scale investable early-stage deep tech technology companies based on scientific research. SGInnovate has played a role in building nearly 90 deep tech startups and formed a community of 33,000 members during Mr. Leonard’s tenure.
Although a proud US citizen, having lived and worked outside the US for nearly 30 years, Steve considers himself a member of the larger global community.

Dr. Daniel Kraft
Chair of Medicine - Singularity University

Daniel is a Stanford and Harvard trained physician-scientist, inventor, entrepreneur, and innovator and is serving as the Chair of the XPRIZE Pandemic Alliance Task Force. With over 25 years of experience in clinical practice, biomedical research and healthcare innovation, Kraft has chaired the Medicine for Singularity University since its inception in 2008, and is founder and chair of Exponential Medicine, a program that explores convergent, rapidly developing technologies and their potential in biomedicine and healthcare. Following undergraduate degrees from Brown University and medical school at Stanford, Daniel was Board Certified in both Internal Medicine & Pediatrics after completing a Harvard residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital & Boston Children’s Hospital, and fellowships in hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplantation at Stanford.
He is heavily involved in digital health, founded Digital.Health, and is on the board of Healthy.io and advises several digital health-related startups and established healthcare organizations. Daniel recently founded IntelliMedicine, focused on personalized, data-driven, precision medicine. He is also the inventor of the MarrowMiner, an FDA approved device for the minimally invasive harvest of bone marrow, and founded RegenMed Systems, a company developing technologies to enable adult stem cell based regenerative therapies.

Bradley Twynham

Brad is a Technology entrepreneur, Thought leader and visionary in the areas of Adaptive Leadership and Exponential Technology Convergence and Strategy. With over 25 years working and consulting in the areas of Enterprise Technology adoption and enterprise operating model transformation, health, education and agriculture technologies, neural networks, block chain and artificial intelligence. Brad brings a wealth of cross sectoral knowledge to the conversation of technology and humanity and how technology impacts and transforms economics and business models.
In 2015, on returning to Australia after several years living in Los Angeles he founded Brad Twynham Consulting. Within his practice, Brad consult’s to large corporations as the entrepreneur in residence to their Senior Executive Teams, coach’s entrepreneurs and executives in adaptive leadership and is an advisor to the Australian Federal Governments, Department of Innovation, Science and Industry in the areas of start-ups and technology incubators.

John Hagel

John has 40 years’ experience in Silicon Valley as a management consultant, entrepreneur, author, and speaker. He has helped companies around the world to improve their performance by crafting creative business strategies that more effectively harness new generations of information technology and shape broader markets and industries. He also designs and implements change management strategies to help companies develop capabilities to drive more rapid performance improvement.
John is the founder and has spent 13 years as the chairman of the Silicon Valley-based Deloitte Center for the Edge, conducting original research on emerging business opportunities that are not yet on the CEO’s management agenda but should be.
Before joining Deloitte, John was an independent consultant. Prior to that, he held significant positions at leading consulting firms and companies. From 1984 to 2000, he was a principal at McKinsey & Co., where he was a leader of the Strategy Practice and helped to open their Silicon Valley office. In addition, he founded and led McKinsey’s Electronic Commerce Practice from 1993 to 2000.

Jeffrey Rogers

As a speaker, facilitator, and workshop designer, Jeffrey brings an interdisciplinary and systems-oriented approach to exploring the question of what it means to live and to lead in an era of accelerating change. He believes the future is too important to be left to the futurists, and his grand professional goal is to empower more people to think/act/live and lead like the future is theirs to create.
Previously, Jeffrey spent a decade building learning and development solutions, consulting on a couple of e-learning startups, and designing and delivering experiential youth leadership programs. He’s a social scientist by training (UC Berkeley, UT Austin) and a future-focused educator–with abiding interests in leadership, human ecology & complexity–by calling.

Lindsey Kneuven

Lindsey is the head of social impact at Pluralsight, a fast-growing enterprise technology learning platform. In her role, Lindsey leads all global philanthropic initiatives, implementing strategies that align Pluralsight’s product, culture, community, people and brand to make a meaningful impact on the way the world learns.
Lindsey also held senior positions at several notable nonprofit and private organizations, including Salesforce.com Foundation, Silicon Valley Community Foundation--the largest community foundation in the world, and Nuru International. While at Nuru, Lindsey lived in Kenya and designed education programs to improve literacy rates among the primary school-aged children in rural and impoverished communities.
Lindsey is an active member of the philanthropy community and serves as a member and advisor on several boards. She has been acknowledged for her outstanding work on several occasions. Lindsey was awarded the Leigh Stilwell Award for Excellence, recognized by Utah Business as one of 30 Women to Watch and listed by the Community Foundation of Utah as an Enlightened 50. Stacey Ferreira

Stacey is the Director of Digital Workplace Strategy at WorkJam, where she works with companies to transform frontline operations while achieving true employee engagement via WorkJam’s industry-leading solution. Previously, Stacey was the co-founder and CEO of Forge, a flexible scheduling and talent sharing platform (acquired by WorkJam, ’20) and the co-founder of MySocialCloud (acquired by Reputation.com, ’13). She also co-authored 2 Billion Under 20: How Millennials Are Breaking Down Age Barriers & Changing the World.
Ferreira has received recognition for her entrepreneurial achievements in addition to her other accomplishments at a young age, including being a US State Department Speaker on Entrepreneurship, named Forbes 30 Under 30 and being one of twenty Thiel Fellows selected for the 2015 Thiel Fellowship.

Dr. Scott Bolland

Dr. Scott is an executive coach, international speaker, facilitator and futurist. His PhD and background (of 25 years) are in the area of Cognitive Science - the scientific study of how the mind works, spanning areas such as psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and artificial intelligence. His passion is playing in the intersection between these areas, in particular how to best prepare individuals, teams, schools and organisations to flourish in the digital age.
Over the years he has brought the latest research backed insights from Positive Psychology, leadership, and high-performance teamwork to a wide range of clients including business schools, the military, police services, resource companies, and financial institutions and has delivered large scale Positive Psychology based events to 1000s of school and corporate staff.
Scott's main interest in technology is the application of Artificial Intelligence for the betterment of society. His company, New Dawn Technologies, utilises AI to help personalise education, to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. His TEDx talk entitled "Neuroscience, AI, and the Future of Education" has been seen by close to 100,000 viewers, and has led to him consulting for Ministries of Education across the globe and running strategy workshops for the Education policy makers of the European Commission.

Mukaya Panich
Chief Venture and Investment Officer SCB 10X

Mukaya joined SCB 10X in 2020 as Chief Venture and Investment Officer.
She has over 20 years of experience working in the technology investment sector in Silicon Valley, New York, and Singapore.
She was a Portfolio Manager at Pictet Asset Management, where she specialized in investment in publicly-listed technology companies in Asia prior to join SCB 10X.
Mukaya was awarded the prestigious King’s Scholarship to study abroad. She graduated with honors from MIT, where she earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Gill
Managing Director, St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge

David is Managing Director of St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge, the longest-established business incubator in Europe for technology ventures. He set up and ran the Innovation & Technology Unit at HSBC Bank in London (1997–2004) before serving as an Executive Director of a venture fund focused on early-stage, technology-based investments. Educated at Cambridge, he qualified as a barrister before working in corporate finance for US and UK banks.
A Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in California (2005), David is currently an Official Visitor at the University of Cambridge Institute for Manufacturing, Non-Executive Chairman of Psonar Ltd (an angel-funded internet music startup), a Non-Executive Director of UK Business Incubation Ltd and a member of the Department for Business Access to Finance Expert Group.
David is also co-author of several studies on a country basis of innovation (2000–07) and of a review for the National Endowment for Science Technology & the Arts (NESTA) of the impact of business incubation on high-potential firms (2011)

Chanond Ruangkritya

Chanond is the CEO of Ananda Development. Ananda is one of the top property development companies in Thailand with a valuation of over $1.5 billion. At 46, he is already a successful serial entrepreneur, yet his enthusiasm remains undiminished. He has been the CEO of Ananda Development since 2000 and previously served as its Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer. He has over 20 years of real estate development and operational experience and is the pioneer of the mass transit linked residential strategy in Bangkok.
Chanond holds a BA in Economics from University of California at Berkeley and a MS in International Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.

Tong Hsien-Hui
Head, Venture Investments SGInnovate

Hsien-Hui brings with him in-depth knowledge and experience in the Business Development and Venture Capital spaces across Australia, Europe, Singapore and the US. As Head, Venture Investments, Hsien-Hui oversees SGinnovate's investments efforts, which target high-potential, deep tech startups working on areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Vehicles, MedTech and Blockchain. Prior to joining SGInnovate, he was the Managing Partner, Asia Pacific for Wassax Ventures. He has also served as the CEO of the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) and Vice President at Staples. In the early 2000s, he co-founded a data mining company, which was sold to a global bank two years later.
